Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking an energetic Merchandiser to stock and merchandise products in grocery, convenience, club, and retail stores across its territory in Hawaii. You will help build wine and beer displays, support deliveries, and complete store resets while staying aware of industry trends and company programs.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift 40–60 lbs, and a willingness to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work assigned work schedule.
• Previous sales or merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly.
• Candidate must pass drug screen, physical and criminal background checks.

Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service to accounts
• Stocking, merchandising, and rotating products on displays and the shelf
• Run routes and support major deliveries by assisting the delivery driver with unloading product, checking in and stocking order
• Build wine and beer displays
• Assist in completing store resets in established territory
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations
• High School degree or equivalent required; additional education preferred
• Must be able to work assigned work schedule.
• Previous sales, merchandising or pull-up experience preferred
• Knowledgeable of wine and beer beverage industry a plus
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Satisfactory driving record and active driver's license for the state you reside in
• Must be able to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly
• Candidate must pass drug screen, physical and criminal background

The expected pay range for this role is $20-$22/hour. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
