Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock, merchandise, and rotate products, build displays, and complete store resets across Kona-area grocery, convenience, and club stores. You will provide excellent customer service to accounts, run routes, assist deliveries, and maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends and regulations.

A High School diploma is required; a valid driver's license and the ability to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• Previous sales, merchandising, or pull-up experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Satisfactory driving record and active driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs repeatedly.
• Knowledge of wine and beer beverage industry a plus.
• Must be able to work assigned work schedule.
• Candidate must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Merchandiser is responsible for providing excellent customer service by stocking and merchandising various products, building displays and completing store resets in grocery stores, convenience stores and club stores and retail chains.

This person will primarily be covering a Kona based territory.

The expected pay range for this role is $20-$22/hour. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
