Swire Coca-Cola is hiring for a store-focused role in Tucson, AZ. Core hours start at 5am on a 4/10 schedule with weekly variability. Pay is $21.00 per hour. Responsibilities include stocking, shelf maintenance, and promoting displays in assigned stores while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Candidates should be at least 18, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability is required for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and aisles to provide a safe environment

• Rotate products using FIFO stocking system
• Build displays and promotional items per supervisor/manager instructions
• Maintain back rooms/back stock areas in a safe, accessible manner and prepare any credited product for return

Responsibilities:

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• V alid driver’s license required ; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to u se reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
