MERCHANDISERS NEEDED - EXPERIENCED

Strategic Retail Solutions is preparing for a busy 2025 season and seeks experienced field reps who enjoy merchandising. This is project-based work, not full-time or part-time employment.

We are looking for well-rounded merchandisers with experience in audits, resets (shelf and pegboard), pull & plugs, POP/POS placement, and planogram implementation and maintenance. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on client needs, is essential. Candidates should be friendly, outgoing, and capable of building strong store relationships.

Pay rates vary from $14.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

1. Dependability with a proven track record of punctuality, following client directives, and completing work on time.
2. At least 1 year of experience reading and implementing planograms.
3. At least 1 year of merchandising experience.
4. At least 1 year of reset experience.
5. Ability to speak and read English.
6. Ownership of a smartphone.
7. Access to the internet and a printer when needed.
8. Reliable transportation and a valid, non-expired driver’s license.
9. Ability to transport supplies such as POP/POS signage.
10. Willingness to travel within the assigned region (up to 20 miles) and outside the area if needed.
11. Flexible schedule and a monitored email address.
12. Effective communication via email, phone, and text.
13. Professional appearance and demeanor.

Physical Demands

1. Bending, squatting, kneeling, extending arms, and standing for long periods.
2. Lifting and transporting boxes up to 25 lbs.
3. Ability to move fixtures on wheels.
