MERCHANDISERS NEEDED - 1099 - Independent Contractors

WE ARE LOOKING FOR GREAT PEOPLE TO JOIN OUR TEAM - people like YOU!

This is NOT a full-time position and it is NOT a part-time position. All work is project-based.

Strategic Retail Solutions is gearing up for a busy 2025 season and we are on the hunt for field reps who enjoy merchandising. We are looking for well-rounded merchandisers who have experience in all phases of merchandising, including but not limited to audits, resets (both shelf and pegboard work), pull & plugs, POP/POS placement, and planogram implementation and maintenance. A willingness to work alone or as a team based on client needs is a must. Friendly, outgoing individuals with the ability to build strong store relationships are encouraged to apply.

If hired, you will be expected to complete all the work offered in your area and be willing to work as a 1099 independent contractor. (Please look up what a 1099 independent contractor is before applying.)

Payrate: $14.00 - $15.00

Qualifications

1. Must be excellent at taking photos of sets with your phone
2. Must be able to follow instructions to the letter
3. Must be dependable with a verifiable track record of showing up, implementing client directives, and completing the work on time.
4. Planograms: 1 year - You must understand how to read and implement planograms.
5. Merchandising: 1 year
6. Resets: 1 year
7. Speak and read English
8. Must own a smartphone - iPhone or Android
9. Must have access to the internet via your phone
10. Must have access to a printer when needed
11. Must have reliable transportation
12. Valid, NON-expired Driver's License required
13. Transport supplies as needed (POP/POS signage)
14. Able to travel within the assigned region (up to 20 miles). Also looking for reps who can travel outside the area.

Physical Demands
