MERCHANDISERS NEEDED - 1099 - Independent Contractors

WE ARE LOOKING FOR GREAT PEOPLE TO JOIN OUR TEAM - people like YOU!

This is NOT a full-time position. All work is project-based.

Strategic Retail Solutions is gearing up for a busy 2025 season and we are on the hunt for field reps who enjoy merchandising. We are looking for well-rounded merchandisers who have experience in all phases of merchandising, including but not limited to audits, resets (both shelf and pegboard work), pull & plugs, POP/POS placement, and planogram implementation and maintenance. A willingness to work alone or as a team based on client needs is a must. Friendly, outgoing individuals with the ability to build strong store relationships are encouraged to apply.

If hired, you will be expected to complete all the work offered in your area and be willing to work as a 1099 - independent contractor. (Please look up what a 1099 independent contractor is before applying.)

PAY RATES VARY BY CLIENT CONTRACT - $14.00 - $20.00 PER HOUR

Qualifications

1. Must be dependable with a verifiable track record of showing up, implementing client directives, and completing the work on time.
2. Planograms: 1 year - You must understand how to read and implement planograms.
3. Merchandising: 1 year
4. Resets: 1 year
5. Speak and read English
6. Must own a smartphone
7. Must have access to the internet
8. Must have access to a printer when needed
9. Must have reliable transportation
10. Valid, NON-expired Driver's License required
11. Transport supplies as needed (POP/POS signage)
12. Able to travel within the assigned region (up to 20 miles) and also looking for reps who can travel outside the area.
13. Flexible schedule

17. Ability to perform tasks with instructions without onsite training

Physical Demands

1. Bending, squatting, kneeling, extending arms upward and downward
2. Lifting and/or transporting boxes up to 25 pounds
3. Ability to move fixtures that are on wheels
4. Read, understand and follow instructions
