Description And Requirements

Acosta is seeking motivated candidates to join its retail merchandisers network. The Mandate Retail Service Merchandiser works in teams to perform reset and remodel tasks, including reading plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, and special merchandising activities.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, and team-oriented. They should have excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow plan-o-gram instructions for resets and remodels, understanding merchandising terminology.
• Perform shelf cleaning, installation, merchandise display, tagging, date code checking, and processing restocks and reorders.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure merchandising excellence and effective communication.
• Report observations and issues to managers.
• Use web-based applications for work scheduling, documentation, and training activities.
• Prepare and submit work documentation accurately.
• Work safely, demonstrating awareness and proper safety techniques.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, adhering to company policies.
