Description And Requirements

Acosta is seeking motivated candidates to join its retail merchandisers network. The Merchandiser Mandate Retail Service involves working in teams to perform reset and remodel tasks, including reading and implementing plan-o-grams, new item placement, and more.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, and team-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills, and able to build relationships with business partners.

What will you do?

• Follow plan-o-grams for reset and remodel work, understanding merchandising and retail terminology.
• Perform duties like shelf cleaning, installing racks, proper merchandise display, attaching tags, checking date codes, and processing restocks and reorders.
• Collaborate with store personnel and co-workers to achieve merchandising goals.
• Report observations and issues to management.
• Use web applications for work scheduling, documentation, and training activities.
• Manage documentation related to reset and remodel tasks.
• Work safely, demonstrating awareness and proper safety techniques.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• At least 1-year experience with planograms; retail and reset experience preferred.
• Professional appearance.
• Computer access with internet and email.
• Comfortable with technology, including smartphones and handheld devices.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate various tools and equipment, including ladders.
