Description and Requirements

Acosta is seeking motivated candidates to join its retail merchandisers network. The role involves performing reset and remodel work, including reading plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, and merchandising activities.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, and team-oriented. Strong organizational, communication skills, and relationship-building abilities are essential.

Responsibilities include:

1. Reading and following plan-o-grams for reset and remodel work.
2. Moving and cleaning shelves, installing racks, displaying merchandise, and processing restocks.
3. Collaborating with store personnel and co-workers to ensure merchandising excellence.
4. Reporting observations and issues to management.
5. Using web-based applications for work scheduling, documentation, and training.
6. Maintaining safety awareness and following safety protocols.
7. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation.
• At least 1-year experience with planograms; retail/reset experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and computer/internet access.
• Comfortable with technology (smartphones, handheld devices).
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate various tools and equipment, including ladders.
