The Merchandiser Mandate Retail Service involves teamwork to perform resets and remodels, including reading and implementing plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, and other merchandising activities.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, and team-oriented. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Following plan-o-grams for resets and remodels, understanding merchandising terminology.
• Performing tasks such as shelf cleaning, installing racks, proper merchandise display, tagging, checking date codes, and processing restocks.
• Collaborating with store personnel and team members to ensure merchandising excellence.
• Reporting observations and issues to managers.
• Using web-based applications for scheduling, documentation, and training.
• Preparing and managing documentation for work activities.
• Maintaining safety awareness and practices.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation.
• At least 1 year of experience with planograms; retail/reset experience preferred.
• Professional appearance.
• Access to computer, printer, internet, and email.
• Comfort with technology (smartphones, handheld devices).
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate various tools and equipment, including ladders.
