Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Merchandiser to stock and rotate products across customer locations, ensuring back rooms and displays meet company standards. You’ll build displays, maintain shelves, and foster relationships with stores while following a first-in, first-out stocking system.

The role requires you to be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel locally with a vehicle. Weekend and holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes; note you are not responsible for transporting products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily with cleaning equipment for safe environment.
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products following first-in, first-out stocking system.
• Builds displays and promotional items per supervisor/store management instructions.
• Maintain/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner; prepare for return any unsellable product.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
