Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Merchandiser to stock and rotate products at customer locations, keeping back rooms and displays organized and ensuring product quality. You will build promotional displays and maintain shelves while following FIFO and safety standards.

The role requires 18+, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and weekend/holiday availability. We offer health coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores dailyAttend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
