Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Merchandiser to keep customer locations stocked and rotated to company standards. You will build displays, rotate products, and maintain back rooms while fostering relationships with store partners in a fast-paced retail network.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, a valid license, and weekend/holiday availability. Schedule typically 6:00am–2:30pm with strong teamwork and safety compliance across multiple stores.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle for stores within your routes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer locations are stocked and rotated per standards.
• Maintain back rooms, displays, coolers and availability across stores.
• Develop and preserve customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.
• Use technology and apps as required throughout the day.
• Restock shelves daily with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products using first-in, first-out stocking.
• Build displays and promotional items per schedule.
• Maintain back stock and prepare returns of unfit product.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
