Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking a Merchandiser Lead in Colorado to drive merchandising and stocking across designated stores. You will represent the company to local customers, maintain displays, and support the area sales team by ensuring product availability and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, weekend availability, and a valid P endorsement on your driver’s license. A strong work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with P endorsement required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and product stocking, acting as the face of Swire Coca-Cola with local customers.
• Ensure shelves, displays, coolers and all availability points are stocked per Swire Coca-Cola standards.
• Support area sales team and learn merchandising and beverage industry basics.
• Restock, clean and organize aisles, displays, and back rooms daily.
• Train and assist new merchandisers when needed.

What does a Merchandiser Lead do at Swire Coca Cola?

In this role, you will be the key point person leading the effort for merchandising and product stocking. As the face of the company to our local customers, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our product portfolio by keeping beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability properly stocked and according to Swire Coca-Cola standards. You will play a crucial role in supporting the area sales team and can learn a great deal about merchandising and the beverage industry along the way!

Responsibilities

• Leadership and accountability to restock, clean, and organize aisles, displays, sections, racks, coolers and shelves in an aligned manner with labels facing outward for purchase and consumption. This involves rotating products to ensure that the store follows a "first in first out" stocking system.
• Maintain back rooms by organizing and consolidating back stock in a safely accessible way within the assigned loading dock area. This is done each day with every assigned customer. Identify and store any product unfit for sale to be credited to customer account.
• Operate manual pallet jack, hand carts, and six wheeled carts
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store general management
• Cover Merchandiser Supervisor responsibilities on supervisor's days off. Assist with training/developing new merchandisers

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Valid Drivers License - Endorsement P (Passenger) Valid driver's license upon hire required
• Driving record meets Swire's vehicle policy upon hire required
• At least 18 years of age required
• Reliable form of transportation
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed
