Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a merchandise associate in Mandan, ND to stock and feature products across assigned stores. You will build displays, rotate stock for freshness, and ensure planogram compliance throughout the shift.

The role involves lifting 20–45 lb cases, frequent movement, and non-traditional hours including weekends. Transportation to multiple locations is required and a valid CDL may be needed in some assignments.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multiple store locations in assigned shift (if applicable).
• Valid U.S. drivers’ license (if applicable); Proof of insurance.
• Valid CDL License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and Follow DOT regulations (Note: In all California locations except Stockton, both non-excepted intrastate and non-excepted interstate status are accepted for this position. In Stockton, CA, only non-excepted interstate status is accepted.)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds repeatedly throughout a 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending reaching and squatting to merchandise and display products (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires non-traditional shifts and weekend work

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelves, coolers, and displays with product in accounts assigned by your supervisor
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory for freshness, and keep products looking their best for shoppers
• Set up and maintain displays and point-of-purchase materials to support promotions and store standards
• Keep backroom/storage areas organized and move product from storage to the sales floor as needed
• Reset shelves, coolers, and displays to meet established merchandising standards and customer agreements
