Job summary

Premier Glazer's Beer & Beverage is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Council Bluffs, IA. You will perform merchandising activities, including product rotation, stocking, display presentation, and POS installations, while supporting the sales team and retail customers.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience, and a valid driver's license with auto-liability insurance. Health, retirement, and other benefits are provided.

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our Team.

In this role you will be responsible for performing merchandising activities, such as product rotation, stocking of product, display presentation, display execution, installation of point-of-sale displays, and construct displays requested by the sales team or retail customers. You may also be required to expedite product delivery as requested by the Glazer's Beer and Beverage management team.

Our Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience.
• Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver's license and auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws.

Our Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with beverage product sales or in hospitality industry.
• Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas and government agencies as required.
• Demonstrated high level proficiency of oral and written communication skills.
• Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.

Your Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment.
• Must stand or walk an entire shift (8-10-12 hours).
