Job summary

Glazer’s Beer & Beverage in Victoria, TX seeks a Merchandiser to perform product rotation, stocking, and display execution. You may assist with timely delivery coordination and display setup alongside the sales team, ensuring all products are properly presented in stores within the assigned territory.

The role requires a high school diploma with 2 years of merchandising or sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of merchandising or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance as required by state law.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to interact with management and retail partners.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with maintaining relationships with retail customers.
• Perform merchandising and stocking activities within an assigned territory.
• Ensure all company products are properly displayed and rotated.
• Install point-of-sale materials and expedite product delivery as needed.
• Complete stock rotations and backroom duties as required.

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our Team. In this role you will be responsible for performing merchandising activities, such as product rotation, stocking of product, display presentation, display execution, installation of point-of-sale displays, and construct displays requested by the sales team or retail customers. You may also be required to expedite product delivery as requested by the Glazer’s Beer and Beverage management team.

Our Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience
• Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws

Our Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with beverage product sales or in hospitality industry
• Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management
• Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas and government agencies as required
• Demonstrated high level proficiency of oral and written communication skills
• Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments

Your Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with maintaining positive relationships with retail customers

• Complete stock rotations, shelf resets and backroom duties as needed

Physical Requirements:

• You must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8-10-12 hours)
