What you’ll be doing:
  • Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods
  • Process goods to meet daily production goals
  • Support multiple work areas as needed
  • Identify and resolve problems or seek management support
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members
  • Promote teamwork and cooperation
  • Follow training materials and work instructions
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Follow safety and security practices
  • Attend trainings and meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Strong organizational skills and sound judgment
  • Must be 18+ years old to operate forklifts; 16-17-year-olds are not permitted to operate forklifts or similar equipment
