About the Role
In this role, you will develop, execute, and drive inclusive merchandise strategies that delight customers while meeting or exceeding the business's financial goals. As the commercial backbone of the product development process, you will work closely with cross-functional partners, utilizing customer insights, market data, and business performance to bring great products to market that amaze and delight our customers. You will own the product-level P&L, drive results, and closely monitor the health of your categories to ensure products and assortments are commercially viable and promote profitable growth. You are encouraged to think big, learn quickly, and move swiftly toward solutions with conviction and a forward-thinking mindset.
What You'll Do
Develop and drive merchandise assortments that meet global, digital, and regional customer needs aligned with the overall department strategy, resulting in increased earnings.
Collaborate with Design, Visual Merchandising, and Production teams on product strategies and requirements to meet customer needs, ensure profitability, and accelerate time to market, all while maintaining a focus on inclusivity and belonging.
Partner with Inventory Management on seasonal investment strategies by market to safeguard big ideas and growth drivers.
Research business opportunities and risks each season by analyzing sales performance and gathering marketplace information.
Enhance communication skills to effectively exchange complex information.
Oversee project and program execution within your area of expertise, ensuring quality of work.
