Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support professional to merchandise products across shelves, displays, cold vaults, and coolers, ensuring full stock and correct rotation.

You will rotate from back stock to the floor, review dates, and report damaged items for removal or exchange. In this role, you will keep cold equipment and POS areas clean and aligned with brand standards, while maintaining organized backstock to support optimal freshness and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US Driver's License.
• Must have a reliable vehicle with minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock and proper rotation.
• Review code dates at every visit and rotate products from back stock to shelves or displays.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented per brand standards.
• Maintain organized backstock areas to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, including building and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.

Job description

SALES SUPPORT

Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.

Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.

Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.

Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.

Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.

Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.

Other duties as assigned.

COMMUNICATION

May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.

Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.

• A valid US Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
• English; additional languages an advantage
