Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support professional to maintain in-store shelf and display integrity, ensuring stock availability, correct planograms, and timely rotation of products.

You will collaborate with store teams to optimize visibility and sales. Responsibilities include moving merchandise from back stock, reviewing dates, pulling damaged items, and keeping cold-wall equipment clean and compliant with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid US driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle for work travel
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory/display materials

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock and proper rotation
• Move products from back stock to shelves and verify dates on every visit
• Identify and report dented/damaged/expired items for removal or exchange
• Keep cold equipment and POS displays clean, current and brand-compliant
• Maintain organized backstock and support optimal stock levels and freshness
• Assist in-store execution and optimize displays to maximize visibility and sales
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

SALES SUPPORT

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.

Other duties as assigned.

COMMUNICATION

• May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A valid US Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
• English; additional languages an advantage
