Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Virginia seeks a Route Sales role to deliver and merchandise Lay’s, Doritos, and other brands across store locations. You will drive to multiple stores, stock shelves, and ensure products are visible and ready for customers.

• Drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (gas mileage reimbursement available).
• Retrieve PepsiCo products and merchandise the products throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with defined start times and customers; opportunities for different schedules over time.
• Use company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.

Minimum Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company‑issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
