Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking individuals to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations, stock and merchandise Lay's and Doritos, and work with Route Sales Representatives. Expect a dynamic schedule with early start times and mileage reimbursement.

This full-time role includes use of a company-issued iPhone, opportunities for different routes, and a path toward long-term career growth within PepsiCo. Candidates must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license with insurance, and be able to lift up to

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
