Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a full-time Merchandiser in Oregon. The role involves stocking and rotating beverages, building displays, and ensuring excellent service for retail accounts. You will drive a personal vehicle on your route, coordinate with Delivery and Sales teams, and adhere to timekeeping and company values.

The position requires 18+ years old, a valid driver's license with auto insurance, and a smartphone. Prior grocery/retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance for driving positions
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone device
• Previous grocery or retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• In retail accounts, stock and rotate products on shelves and displays
• Drive a personal vehicle on assigned route and meet delivery verification
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts and maintain positive relationships
• Communicate with store personnel and Sales teammates to complete account services
• Accurately clock in/out following state labor laws and breaks
• Demonstrate the Company's Core Values at all times
• Complete other tasks as assigned
• Work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Maintain strong work ethic and accountability
