Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a Part-Time Flower Merchandiser to join our team. You will visit stores across your territory to ensure displays are immaculate and flowers stay fresh, bringing color and joy to customers.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm. This role offers a competitive hourly wage and supporting tools to help you succeed, including a mobile phone allowance and route-based logistics.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments.

What We Offer

• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Your Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment:
  • Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
  • Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
  • Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
  • Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons:
  • During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, you will ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets:
  • Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
  • While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements
