Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit multiple locations within the assigned territory. You will maintain attractive displays, restock inventory, and communicate with supervisors using a mobile device while delivering friendly customer service.

The role emphasizes seasonal availability from November to May, with training provided and an emphasis on teamwork and independent responsibility. Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds and standing during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During peak seasons, ensure stores are prepared for festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities when needed.

What We Offer

• Pay: $ 17.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:0AM to 12:00PM and Saturday from 7:00AM to 11:00AM

Your Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment:
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons:
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets:
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.
