What We Offer

• Pay: $18.30 per hour
• Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri 7:00 AM-2:00 PM; Sat 7:00-9:00 AM
• Benefits: Paid training, mobile allowance, transportation reimbursement, medical/dental/vision benefits for full-time employees

Your Responsibilities

As our Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store, working independently and with local teams to create displays and manage inventory.

• Ensure flower displays are attractive and immaculate
• Restock and monitor inventory
• Communicate via mobile device with supervisors
• Interact professionally with staff and customers
• Prepare stores for festive seasons like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments
• Support teammates with activities as needed

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds
• Bend, stretch, lift above shoulders
• Stand and walk for most of the shift

Basic Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• English reading and comprehension skills
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone and internet access
• Availability during peak season (Nov-May)
