Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit multiple stores and ensure vibrant, well-displayed flowers that delight customers. You will receive a planned route and tools to perform duties efficiently on each visit.

Responsibilities include maintaining attractive displays, restocking inventory, and using a mobile device to report activities. The role requires independence with local team collaboration and peak-season availability from November to May.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Daily Commitment: Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During festive seasons, ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• While you will work independently, you support your teammates with special activities when needed.

What We Offer

• Pay: $ 16.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00AM to 9:30AM

Your Responsibilities

As our Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.

• Support During Festive Seasons:
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets:
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
• While you will work independently, you support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements
