Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Merchandiser Floater to work in various retail stores in the Memphis area. The role focuses on restocking, organizing, and maintaining Hallmark product displays while collaborating with store teams for seasonal resets and installations.

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with 6–10 hours per week on average and requires availability around major holidays. Training is provided and voluntary benefits may be available.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to read documents and interpret information.
• Must have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Must have transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the department.
• Support seasonal resets, installations, and inventory management across stores.
• Engage with store teams and customers to ensure quality Hallmark product displays.
