Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to manage shelf presentation and stock levels across multiple Phoenix-area stores. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and support seasonal resets, while representing Hallmark in a professional manner.

The role involves daytime engagement with store staff, physical tasks, and occasional weekend work during holidays. You will operate a handheld device for inventory and reporting, with paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and reliable transportation.
• Part-time with variable schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory across stores.
• Collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement and seasonal resets.
• Support installations and department resets, including planning for remodels two weeks in advance.
• Be part of a network of merchandisers and assist teammates as needed.
