Job summary

PepsiCo in Knoxville is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock shelves and displays across the local service area from Athens to Sevierville, ensuring shelves stay full and products are fresh. You will implement planogram layouts and support promotions to boost visibility and sales.

The role requires driving between stores, lifting cases weighing 20–45 pounds, and collaborating with store teams. On-the-job training is provided and full-time employees receive competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver`s license and proof of insurance.
• Personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Able to lift 20–45 lbs repeatedly over 10–12 hour shifts.
• May require working holidays.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided).
