Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser to support Union City, Obion, and Martin, TN areas. You will promote Pepsi products, maintain shelf space and displays, stock beverage sections, and organize back rooms.

This role requires daily travel between stores and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Responsibilities include stocking, rotating products, and building professional relationships with customers and team members while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Willing to travel between stores as merchandiser.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and promote Pepsi products at assigned accounts.
• Keep in-store shelf space, inventory and displays up to date.
• Stock and rotate products to meet company standards.
• Organize back rooms and ensure beverage sections are properly stocked.
• Maintain courteous and professional relationships with customers and team members.
