Job summary

Admiral Beverage Corporation is seeking a full‑time Merchandiser to support our Carlsbad, NM retail program. You will arrange beverage merchandise on shelves and displays, update signage, and move products from stock to floor displays while ensuring Sell By dates are met.

You will coordinate with store personnel daily, follow approved display plans, and assist with order placement to avoid stockouts. The role requires physical readiness to lift up to 70 pounds and the ability to assemble POS

• Experience in retail merchandising and shelf/display setup preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
• Comfort with daily communication with store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Arranges products on shelves and displays per plan approved by management.
• Places price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise or floor.
• Transfers product from stock room to floor displays to meet Sell By dates and minimize stock.
• Places orders for assigned accounts to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Develops or follows display ideas with Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
• Communicates daily with store personnel about service or product needs.
• Assembles display aids from POS materials.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor. Transfers product from customer stock room to floor displays to comply with \"Sell By\" dates, maximize product in store and minimize product in stock room. Orders product for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures to ensure no out-of-stocks conditions. Originates display ideas or follows suggestions or schedule of Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager. Communicate effectively daily with key store personnel on any service or product needs. Constructs or assembles display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials. Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
