Job summary

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking experienced merchandisers for the Alameda, CA area. You will execute planograms, resets, and new store sets to ensure optimal presentations and product placement across retailers.

You will maintain product displays, audit and report on product availability, pricing, and signage using our mobile app. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow into team lead and management roles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail merchandising or reset experience.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Smartphone with data plan for mobile reporting.
• Strong attention to detail.

Join our retail field team supporting in-store merchandising programs.

Pay Rate: $17-$20.00 per hour

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is looking for experienced merchandisers, you'll have the flexibility to choose assignments that fit your schedule while leveraging your retail merchandising expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, resets, and new store sets
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper shelf placement

• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff
• Complete assignments accurately and on time using our mobile app

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail merchandising or reset experience (1+ years preferred)
• Ability to read and execute planograms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Smartphone with data plan for reporting
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
