Job summary

SRS Merchandising is seeking experienced merchandisers to support in-store merchandising programs in California. You will execute planograms, resets, and new store sets while maintaining product displays and proper shelf placement.

Role requires ability to read planograms, strong attention to detail, reliable transportation, and a smartphone for reporting. Flexible assignments and opportunities for growth into leadership roles are offered.

Join our retail field team supporting in-store merchandising programs.

Pay Rate: $17-$20.00 per hour

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is looking for experienced merchandisers, you'll have the flexibility to choose assignments that fit your schedule while leveraging your retail merchandising expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, resets, and new store sets
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper shelf placement
• Audit and report on product availability, pricing, and signage
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff
• Complete assignments accurately and on time using our mobile app
• Merchandise products for major CPG brands in retail locations

What We're Looking For

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Smartphone with data plan for reporting
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
