You will move products from backrooms to shelves, rotate stock, and set up point-of-sale materials while maintaining safety and quality guidelines. The role requires reliable, physically fit individuals with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Effective communication including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandise and rotate products on display and shelf per procedures and programs.
• Move products from backroom to display area.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials where permitted and rotate product.
• Organize back room: stack products by package and flavor, manage returns, damaged or outdated items.
• Maintain business relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and opportunities.
