Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Merchandiser in the Athens/Marietta area to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts while following planograms and safety guidelines.

The role requires effective communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Training and support are provided as part of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication (listening, speaking, writing).
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer needs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display per procedures.
• Move products from backroom to display areas.
• Create and place point-of-sale materials where permitted; rotate Fastlane merchandisers and check vendor operations.
• Organize back room and arrange stock by package and flavor; manage pallets and damaged items.
• Build business relationships with store personnel through follow-up and proactive communication.
