Job summary

Blue Ridge Beverage Company is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to support its sales and delivery teams across Central and Southwest Virginia. You will ensure products are stocked, rotated, priced, and displayed in stores, while closely coordinating with sales and delivery staff to keep accounts organized and customers serviced well.

The role requires early mornings or nights as needed, strong math and tech skills, and a valid driver license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• 2 years of general employment experience.
• Experience in customer service or merchandising preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Proficient in technology.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Check deliveries at assigned stores and ensure orders are correct.
• Stock coolers and shelves while rotating products by expiration or code dates.
• Build and maintain product displays and promotional setups.
• Ensure prices, signs, and marketing materials are accurate and visible.
• Remove damaged or expired products and return usable products to shelves when possible.
• Follow assigned routes and store service schedules.
