Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a full-time Merchandiser for Boca Raton, FL. The role covers Total Wine and BJ Wholesale stores, involving daily merchandising, inventory management, and building displays at customer locations.

The candidate should be 21+, possess a valid driver’s license, and have strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Expect lifting 45–65 lbs and some weekend work, with pay facilities including hourly rate, car allowance, and signing bonus.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older to apply or equivalent
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment
• Able to work occasional weekends
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts
• Stocking and rotating shelves
• Building displays
• POS material management
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes
• Build rapport with key account relationships and relay feedback to sales team
• Identify brand/category opportunities
• Expand shelf and cold box facings
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and interact with the public
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
