The hourly rate for this position generally falls between $16.00 - $17.00 per hour, paid weekly. Factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location influence the actual pay.

We are seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser to join our Field Sales team. Merchandisers report to a Sales Manager and work within big box retailers like Home Depot and Lowe's. Responsibilities include executing merchandising directives, establishing rapport with store personnel and customers, and communicating inventory opportunities to the Scotts Sales team.

In this role, you will:

• Merchandise products inside and outside stores
• Provide product knowledge to customers and store associates
• Ensure products are stocked and presentable
• Identify opportunities for solution selling and additional space
• Support Sales Manager and store employees as needed
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or stocking preferred
• Problem-solving and service-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work holidays and weekends
• Ability to operate company-provided technology
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to walk, stand, climb ladders, lift up to 45 lbs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
