PepsiCo is seeking a merchandiser to stock and display PepsiCo products across local stores in Norfolk, VA. You will manage shelf and cooler placements, rotate stock for freshness, and ensure backroom organization while supporting promotional activities.

You’ll collaborate with store teams, communicate needs, and use handheld devices to record orders and daily activities. This full-time role emphasizes physical stamina, reliability, and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
