Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure beverage availability, visibility, and promotions in retail stores across our territory. You'll stock shelves, build displays, rotate products, and maintain proper product levels to keep our brands front and center.

You will develop relationships with store staff, execute promotional activities, place signage, and support sales goals while complying with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Experience using manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, build displays, and ensure product freshness.
• Maintain product on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers by identifying replenishment needs.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment.
• Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns and set up displays and signage to attract customers and drive sales.
• Secure damaged or defective product and maintain a clean space.
• Develop and maintain relationships with store managers and staff to maximize merchandising opportunities and provide excellent customer service.
