Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure beverage visibility and availability across retail stores. You will stock shelves, rotate products, build displays, and maintain product levels to support the brand's presence in the market.

You will collaborate with store managers to execute promotions and ensure clean, well-organized backrooms and displays, contributing to sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in grocery, retail, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement and availability in retail stores.
• Maintain product on racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers; identify replenishment needs.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using manual equipment.
• Set up promotional displays and signage per company guidelines to drive sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with store managers and staff to maximize merchandising opportunities.
