Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a part-time Merchandiser in Colorado to creatively showcase brands by building displays, managing inventory, and placing products at customer locations. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; schedule Tue–Sat 8:00am–4:30pm MST and responsibilities include merchandising, stock rotation, and building displays.

You will develop beer, wine, and spirit knowledge while maintaining professionalism and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work occasional weekends.
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.

Job Description Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts:

• Stocking and rotating shelves

• Building displays

• POS material management

• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes

• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.

• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product & conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.

• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 21 years or older to apply, prefer HS Diploma or equivalent

• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment

• Able to work occasional weekends

Salary and Benefit Statement:

Any salary offered is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour.

$2,400 Annual Car Allowance.

Company-issued gas card.

$500 sign-on bonus!
