Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is hiring a Merchandiser to creatively showcase brands by stocking shelves, building displays, and managing placements. You will travel to customer locations with reliable transportation and support brand visibility across accounts.

You will learn beer, wine, and spirits while maintaining strong relationships with store personnel and sales teams, ensuring compliant POS materials and brand standards are met. This is a full-time, on-site role in Westminster, CO.

Qualifications

• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 21 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking and rotating shelves.
• Build displays and manage POS materials.
• Conduct store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Identify brand/category opportunities and opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings.
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities to the sales team.
• Learn beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol products safely and responsibly.
