Merchandiser Job Description

Sign-on Bonus: New hires within eligible requisitions will receive a $500 sign-on bonus, payable in two installments after 60 and 120 days of continuous employment.

Who We're Looking For:

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working independently and in teams
• Comfortable in changing environments
• Capable of meeting physical requirements, including:
  • Standing and walking 3-8 hours
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with business partners
• Resides within 20 miles of Berlin, VT

Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with in-store management
• Executing merchandising resets
• Building retail displays
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks
• Implementing plan-o-grams
