Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser in the Denver area to creatively showcase brands by building displays, organizing inventory, and placing products. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to visit customer locations on a regular schedule.

The role involves daily merchandising, stocking shelves, and building displays across multiple accounts, with a focus on strong account relationships and feedback to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Top-tier customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work weekends and lift 45–65 pounds.
• Professional conduct and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise daily in new and existing accounts and rotate shelves.
• Build displays and manage POS material.
• Assist with store resets for remodels and seasonal changes.
• Build rapport with key accounts and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Identify brand opportunities and expand shelf/cold box facings.
• Report out-of-stocks or new item opportunities and grow beer, wine, and spirits knowledge.

Job Description Summary:

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will creatively showcase our brands through building displays, managing inventory and product placement. Work Schedule - Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00am - 4:30pm MST.

Must have reliable transportation to commute to and from accounts daily.

Job Description:

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts:
• Stocking and rotating shelves
• Building displays
• POS material management
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities. Share feedback with appropriate sales team members to
• Identify brand/category opportunities
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product & conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 21 years or older to apply, prefer HS Diploma or equivalent
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment
• Able to work occasional weekends
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds

Salary and Benefit Statement:

Any salary offered is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour.

$2,400 Annual Car Allowance.

Company-issued gas card.
