Job summary

Jacent Strategic Merchandising in Frisco, TX is seeking energetic merchandisers to join the #1 impulse merchandising company in North America. You'll place products, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel in your community.

This role offers daytime hours and a predictable schedule, 22-25 hours per week, paid training, mileage and travel time between stores, cell phone reimbursement, and advancement opportunities. Must reside within 20 miles of Frisco, TX.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who learns quickly and works independently or in a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments.
• Able to meet physical requirements (standing/walking 3–8 hrs, lift up to 50 lbs).
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management.
• Execute merchandising resets and build retail displays.
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.
• Implement plan-o-grams.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
  • Standing and walking 3-8hrs
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Resides within 20 miles of Frisco, TX
