Description

The Merchandiser is responsible for executing merchandising plans and work order instructions in assigned stores. Assist in all facets of maximizing A&B’s presentation and sales to consumers at retail.

The Merchandiser is responsible for executing merchandising plans and work order instructions in assigned stores. Assist in all facets of maximizing A&B’s presentation and sales to consumers at retail.

This position will service the Tulsa Metro and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Abides by all Company requirements and policies written in the Associate Handbook.
• Adheres to all state and federal regulations and standards.
• Projects a positive image to all retailers, coworkers, and consumers, which is consistent with company expectations.
• Merchandise palletized delivery.
• Stock coolers, rotate stock, maintain existing displays and assist in building new displays.
• Maintain and account for all of A&B’s company equipment.
• Follow and execute A&B’s standard Delivery call.
• Is reliable and feels the accountability of the work they perform as a vital contributor to the team.
• Understands that a flexible work schedule may be required for this position.
• Attends all required company meetings.
  
  

Requirements

Required:

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a Valid Driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as a demonstrated ability to utilize sales applications within ERP software (i.e. Encompass).
• 1+ year of customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experience
  
  

Preferred

• 2+ years customer service or sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry
  
  

Physical Requirements

Ability to routinely lift 25 – 75 lbs., climb, reach and perform various physical maneuvers to perform the essential functions of the job.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current valid Oklahoma or Arkansas Drivers Licenses depending on location. This license must comply with our insurance carrier’s guidelines for an acceptable, insured driver. ABLE Commission license if employed in Oklahoma.
