Job summary

The Swan Food Company is hiring a full-time Merchandiser to cover the Sterling Heights and Troy areas. You will ensure our brand products are well-stocked on store shelves and presented to shoppers.

In this role you’ll rotate products, build displays, and provide friendly customer service while maintaining strong relationships with store personnel. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift 35 pounds.
• Access to a smartphone for company technology requirements.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Company brands are stocked and well-represented in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate products on shelves.
• Build and maintain product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with store personnel.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.
